Hotel Saint Thomas - Quito

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to main business and government facilities as well as several restaurants. Staff are super friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi and charger. Some rooms have a huge terrace and are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is tasty, and there is even a little gym to use.

One room had a tiny interior window that couldn't be secured, and there was insufficient staff at checkout.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They even helped us late at night with finding a taxi and plugging in our chargers. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, and we especially appreciated having gym access. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the center and many restaurants, yet it wasn't too noisy. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff who prepared it was very sweet!

The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and was within easy access to public transportation. the staff was very helpful and friendly, willing to help us with any questions we had. the gym was a nice feature, making it easy to work out even during the holiday season.

The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and was quite noisy due to its proximity to the reception area. the room had a small window facing the interior patio, which made it feel less private.

We appreciated the Easter special price offered by the hotel and the complimentary Easter eggs for guests. The central location of the hotel and its proximity to restaurants was convenient for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The noise from the street and nearby establishment during the night was excessive, making it hard for us to get some rest. The room did not have any soundproofing, so we were able to hear every sound outside.
